Kendra Lee Sanders is a Chicago-based cinematographer finishing a PhD in Cinema and Media Studies at the University of Chicago (here). Her training in film theory and history inform her practice, especially how to push, bend, and break conventions to tell stories and portray characters in meaningful ways. She cares about collaboration and making the same film together.
